Georgia has a wide range of expertise in the banking sector, which includes all types of financing, restructurings and distressed refinancing, debt recovery, bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings and litigation. Also, she advises and practices extensively in the fields of regulatory compliance, criminal investigations and internal audit.

Georgia served as Director of the Commercial Lending and Litigation Department of Piraeus Bank’s Legal Service until 2014, when she joined Ktenidis Tsiantos as a partner in Athens.

She litigates cases for banks, foreign and domestic entities and individuals before courts of all instances and she often represents clients in civil cases before the Supreme Civil Court (Areios Pagos).

Furthermore, she has experience in advising and litigating insurance law cases, as well as real estate, commercial and corporate law cases.
