We have been working regularly with clients, including corporations and foreign investors, for the development of their business strategies in compliance with the licensing and supervisory requirements of specific industry sectors, as well as with generally applicable regulatory standards.
Over the years, we have developed considerable expertise in environmental protection law, particularly in the fields of waste management and water policy. Furthermore, for several years we have been advising mass media companies with respect to regulatory matters and we represented clients before the National Council for Radio and Television.
In this context, we argue cases regularly before administrative courts for a wide range of administrative law issues, including challenging administrative sanctions and penalties in various areas, such as employment law, urban planning infringements and AML compliance.
Our public law practice extends to constitutional rights litigation, state liability actions and expropriations. In addition to the above, we developed a selected tax practice which focuses in providing in depth advice on specific tax issues and in litigation before ordinary administrative courts and the Council of State.
