Effie Kelemeni concentrates on all aspects of real estate law and she is frequently involved in acquisition, sale and lease transactions of commercial and residential property.

She has extensive experience in real estate financing, mortgage negotiation and registration as well as in negotiating and drafting of commercial leases. She advised a number of Greek and foreign banks in these fields and she has participated in significant real estate projects.

Effie also has expertise in advising international investors for their establishment in Greece and she has developed a data – protection practice in the context of which she assists a number of Greek and foreign entities in the area of GDPR compliance.

She is a founding and managing partner of Ktenidis Tsiantos Law Firm since 2014.

Member of the Thessaloniki Bar since 1993.
